Britney Spears, the pop icon whose recent liberation from a 13-year-long conservatorship has been a hot topic, is allegedly sparking concerns among those closest to her, including her husband Sam Asghari, due to what sources describe as a startling fixation on knives.

A recent documentary alleges that the 41-year-old "Toxic" singer, whose life was closely regulated under her father Jamie's conservatorship until November 2021, now sleeps with a knife under her pillow. This is said to stem from her deep-seated fear of returning to a state of court-mandated control.

The film also claims that Britney consumes a significant amount of caffeine, often staying awake for three consecutive days, which many fear may be taking a toll on her mental and emotional stability.

Sam Asghari, a 29-year-old fitness trainer, is reportedly growing increasingly uneasy about the situation. "He loves her and is committed to making their relationship work, but the circumstances are rapidly approaching a breaking point," reveals a source close to the situation. "It's an unsettling situation."

Despite the growing concern, Spears reportedly insists that there is no issue. An insider notes that the pop superstar asserts, "there's nothing wrong with taking precautions," and dismisses the concerns about her knife possession and sleep patterns as overblown. Asghari's decision to live separately is said to be a reflection of the intensity of the situation.

This is not the first time the star’s behavior has raised eyebrows. Prior reports highlighted Spears' erratic behavior, marked by bouts of anger, jealousy, and insomnia, that left Asghari feeling concerned. This culminated in a public dispute at a restaurant, followed by Asghari moving to a different residence and Spears taking a trip to Hawaii where she was seen flirting with other men.

The “Oops!...I Did It Again” singer, however, reassured her fans recently on social media, downplaying the concerns and rumors of a potential intervention. Clad in a furry wrap, she declared, “I’m here. I’m very much alive and well and I’ve got my fur here."

Despite her reassurances, the insider maintains that an intervention may be necessary but fears that Spears' strong-willed nature, coupled with the potential for an unpredictable reaction, is dissuading those closest to her from taking action.
