A royal expert has suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle need to change their approach to promoting themselves. In an appearance on "The Rita Panahi Show," royal correspondent Kinsey Schofield, who hosts the "To Di For Daily" podcast, discussed the couple's declining popularity and poor polling results.

Schofield speculated that Meghan is currently recording the second season of her podcast, "Archetypes," and predicted it would follow a similar pattern to the first season. "Here's where she has a guest on that talks about some sort of victimhood, and Meghan hijacks it and talks about how she has a way worse story," she said.

The royal correspondent expressed her belief that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not yet recognized that their focus on victimhood is not resonating with audiences in the United States. She described the couple as appearing "entitled" and "ungrateful" for their positions.

Schofield also pointed out that Meghan's acting career had stalled by the time she married Prince Harry, with no news of her being considered for any roles. The couple, she argued, must now rebrand themselves. Among her suggestions were relaunching Meghan's lifestyle blog The Tig or making Prince Harry the face of a mental health campaign.

"They've got to change the direction of their brand because as we've discussed before, it's on life support here in the United States," Schofield warned.

These claims have not been independently verified by International Business Times. However, other experts have also recently weighed in on the couple's brand. Royal commentator Lady Colin Campbell claimed that Meghan was eager to attend King Charles III's coronation, but her advisors recommended against it to avoid further damage to her image.

Columnist Celia Walden noted that Prince Harry and Meghan appear to be pursuing different public roles at the moment, suggesting divergent agendas between the two.
