In the previous episode of the series, Sisbel remembers the day she first met Iska. She even apologizes for breaking into his room the other night.

The scene changes to Alice reads the news about Iska’s arrest as he reportedly helped the witch to break jail. Alice is clueless about how it happened.
Rin reveals that Sisbel must have been investigating the Imperial Swordsman. Alice wonders if it was Sisbel she and Iska met in Neutral City. 

Alice thinks that with Sisbel’s astral spirit, it is possible. However, Rin tells her that Sisbel’s astral spirit can only see within a radius of 300m, making it impossible for her to see anything in the Neutral City.

In Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Episode 11, Rin feels that it is likely that Sisbel suspects Alice and the Empire are connected.

Elsewhere, Sisbel says that she is thankful to Iska for freeing her from prison. She reveals that at that time, she feared that it might be a trap set by the Empire.
