Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth are, allegedly, at odds with each other over Prince Andrew.

According to Life & Style, Prince Charles and Prince Andrew’s rift started when they were still very young. The heir to the throne has always been aware that the queen favored Prince Andrew over him.

And this became especially glaring after Prince Andrew was accused of having sex with underage girls years ago. Even though the Duke of York hasn’t been convicted, his alleged victim, Virginia Roberts Giuffre already came forward with her side of the story.

But even if this was the case, the queen still, allegedly, refused to believe that her favorite son, Prince Andrew has the capacity to do what Giuffre is accusing him of.

To make things worse, the queen is, allegedly, thinking about welcoming Prince Andrew back into the royal family.

In November 2019, Sarah Ferguson’s ex-husband gave an interview with Newsnight’s Emily Maitlis and their conversation was regarded as a disaster.

Prince Andrew denied the allegations against him, and he also seemingly denied that he’s good friends with Jeffrey Epstein.

Following the interview, Prince Andrew decided to step back from his royal duties, and the queen gave him her blessing.

Last month, there were reports that Prince Andrew met with the queen at Windsor Castle to discuss his upcoming return to the royal fold. But when the monarch told Prince Charles about her plans with Prince Andrew, he, allegedly, became enraged.

Prince Charles has, allegedly, washed his hands clean of Prince Andrew. And he just doesn’t want anything to do with him anymore.

However, the queen seemingly has a soft spot for Prince Andrew even though he’s been a disgrace to the royal family. Due to this, Prince Charles and the queen are, allegedly, not on speaking terms.

While it is true that Prince Andrew visited the queen last month, it is unclear what the mother and son talked about. As of late, there is still no announcement regarding Prince Andrew’s return to the royal fold.

Meanwhile, a source told Mirror that there’s zero chance for Prince Andrew to be allowed to return to his royal duties. And the dad of two will, reportedly, remain very much on the outside.

“Whatever [Andrew] may think his future looks like, he should be under no illusion that view is not shared by the people who actually make the decisions within the family,” the insider said.
