Glees rejoice! Our very own Rachel Berry is getting ready to welcome her very own bundle of joy.

The Daily Mail reports that Lea Michele, the actress who played Berry in the much-loved musical series is expecting her very first child with husband Zandy Reich. The 33-year-old got married to the 37-year old Reich in March 2019. Their love story was very sweet, as it was actually her best friend, Stephanie Levinson, who introduced them together, during her wedding!

Apparently, Reich was a friend of Levinson's groom and they were actually seated next to each other during the wedding. Her best friend encouraged her to hang out with Zandy as he was a good guy. Eventually, they started hanging with the same group of friends, and the rest, they say, is history. The couple got engaged in April 2018 and got married a year later.

Their wedding was held in Napa, California, and was attended by Michele's many friends from the business. Spotted at the event were Darren Criss, Emma Roberts, Ashley Tisdale, and of course, Ryan Murphy, who not only made her a household name in his show but also had the honor of officiating her wedding to Reich.

Lea famously dated co-star Cory Monteith, who played her on-screen lover Finn Hudson, until he died of a drug overdose in July 2013. She went on to date other people, including Robert Buckley and Charlie Puth, before finding a soulmate in Zandy.

And now the couple is ecstatic to be new parents. But what is freaking out the minds of 'Glee' stars everywhere is that Lea Michele is pregnant at the same time that her character Rachel Berry was actually pregnant! Buzzfeed reports that in the series finale of 'Glee', Berry was pregnant as a surrogate mother to her friends. How cool is that coincidence right?

Lea joins the many stars who are pregnant at this time of the pandemic. joining her are pop star Katy Perry who is set to give birth to her daughter with Orlando Blook this coming summer, and Katherine Schwarzenegger, Chris Pratt's wife, who is also pregnant with the couple's firstborn. She is expected to give birth in early fall.

Lea has not been seen in public for a while so it is impossible to say just how far along she is. She admitted some time ago that she was suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) which can make it harder to for women to get pregnant so this baby is really a blessing for the couple.
