Congratulations are in order for Pratt and his wife of ten months Katherine Schwarzenegger are expecting their new bundle of joy in just a few months. This will be the first child for the couple, but Chris Pratt already has a son, Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.

Pratt was married to Anna from 2009 - 2017 but began to date since 2007 when they starred in a movie together. Their son Jack was born prematurely in 2012. The event really brought the couple closer to God as they spent a lot of time praying for their son to get better. They separated in 2017 and got divorced a year later.

Pratt started dating the 30-year-old daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and journalist Maria Shriver in June of 2018 and announced their engagement six months later. A year after they started dating they got married in Montecito, California. The Hollywood Life reports that the pair were actually introduced by Katherine's mother Maria.

Now the two are getting ready to be parents and everyone around them is excited. With the stay at home mandate in place, the two are just enjoying their time being at home and getting ready to welcome the new addition to their family, as reported by E Online. They have been photographed out and about in the past weeks, and the glow on Katherine's face is evident of the growing child inside her. They were seen going for a walk on April 20 and they also took out their dog Maverick for a walk a few days later.

Though the couple has not yet revealed the gender of their baby, one thing for sure is that insiders say that it will arrive by early fall. Chris has always believed that Katherine will be a great mom, as evidenced by how much he cares about his son jack. He has said before that she is a great stepmom to his son and that she will be a great mom to their future children.

One person who is ecstatic about the news is none other than Maria Shriver. As earlier mentioned, many believe that she is instrumental in the two meeting each other. When Katherine gives birth, it will be the first grandchild for the journalist, who was married to actor Arnold Schwarzenegger for 25 years before they separated in 2011.
