"The Big Bang Theory"’s girl next door, Kaley Cuoco will make her small-screen return next week with her much-awaited television miniseries “The Flight Attendant.” The popular TV actress has given her fans a festival present as she announced earlier today that her upcoming show would be around on Thanksgiving.  For fans who were not so excited due to the unusualness of this incredible year, the show promises to be something to look for this festive season.

It will debut on HBO Max on November 26. The 34-year-old revealed the exciting news on Instagram today as she also shared the new poster of the series that’s based on the popular novel authored by Chris Bohjalian.

With a caption full of expressive emojis and elements, the actress expressed her enthusiasm for "The Flight Attendant"’s arrival next month on Thanksgiving.

She wrote,"START STREAMING THANKSGIVING DAY @hbomax @flightattendantonmax #theflightattendant (Thank you to the amazing team behind the making of this poster! @jamiemakeup @clarissanya @bradgoreski @daniela_viviana @catmthomas ) by the brilliant @ninomunoz."

The web series will revolve around Cassandra Bowden, played by Cuoco, who wakes up hungover only to discover a dead body lying beside her. Badly startled at first, she continues her job as if nothing ever happened. She flies back to New York where she is met with FBI agents who start the Q&A session with her about the incident. Unable to recall exactly what happened, she battles with consistent thoughts if she could be a murderer.

Besides Cuoco in the lead role, the supporting cast includes Michelle Gomez, Michiel Huisman, Colin Woodell, Rosie Perez, Zosia Mamet, Griffin Mathews, T.R. Knight, Merle Dandridge, and Nolan Gerald Funk among a few recurring cast members.

This has been a pretty long break for the 8 Simple Rules star in terms of being on the screen. It has been over a year since she bid farewell to one of her most beloved characters – and since then she hasn’t been on TV. This is a big moment for her fans who have been biding their time for it to happen.

The filming and in fact entire production of the show has been fraught with hiccups especially due to the shutdowns led by the pandemic. It’s not wrong to say that the show would have been around earlier, but due to delays caused by THE coronavirus, it has come to Thanksgiving.

Though the concept can’t be called completely fresh, it certainly grips some new vibes to it – which will be an unmissable treat for fans.
