Prince Harry will be celebrating his 36th birthday this coming Sept. 15. The Prince who is married to American ex-actress Meghan Markle for over 2 years now, will be celebrating his birthday in American soil for the first time.

Celebration plans for Prince Harry’s 36th birthday is yet to be announced, but according to sources close to the family, the birthday will probably be a quiet one.

The couple who announced that they will be stepping down from their royal duties last January 2020 and finalized on March 2020 have laid their roots in the United States.

The decision from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex sent a wave of shock to the world and to the royal family, but now the couple is observed to be thriving in the land of the free.

Harry’s birthday is usually celebrated by huge campaigns and announcements when he was still in the royal family, but this time around the Prince plans to spend his birthday together with his own family.

Many believe that there will be royals who will attend the Prince’s small gathering, as to who they are, sources are yet to confirm.

One of the Prince’s close friends already visited him on California ahead of his birthday celebration.

Along with the celebrations, people are also curious as to what the Duke of Cambridge, Harry’s big brother, Prince William will do for the birthday boy.

With the increasing tension between the two brothers, it seems like the Duke of Cambridge has made no plans to visit his brother in America.

As of now, it is clear that Doria Ragland, mother of Meghan Markle who is living in Los Angeles, a mere 170 kilometers from Santa Barbara will be attending Harry’s birthday.

Last month, the couple also celebrated Meghan Markle's birthday, said to be just with Harry, their 16-month-old son, Archie Harrison and Doria in attendance.

Despite the celebrations being lowkey, the royal family still greeted the Duchess. The official royal family twitter account posted a photo of Meghan and the Queen, captioned with well wishes for her birthday.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official Twitter account posted a photo of the Duchess as well, greeting her a happy birthday.

It is unclear as of now if there are any more visitors that will join the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s celebration for Harry’s birthday.

With the pandemic happening, travels have been very strict, as well as social gatherings. The couple will seem to choose a simpler way of celebrating Prince Harry’s 36th birthday.
