Known for his spitfire lyrics, American rapper Machine Gun Kelly rocked two very different numbers during VMA’s 2020 pre-taped clip. He did not just come to play during VMAs, but he came to slay and astounded everyone with his performances plus an eye-catching outfit.

As described in a report from Insider, he wore an all-pink head to toe for the awards ceremony designed by Kris Van Assche for Berluti’s 2020 Winter Collection, including his pink polka dot shoes. The coordinates consisted of a pink turtleneck top and pants, a matching pink jacket, and a pearl necklace highlight.

On a report by New York Vulture, the pre-show performance of Kelly was nostalgic, and to be on a front row of the rooftop would’ve been the greatest. He illuminated all of the social media channels with his impressive performances for two of his songs called “My Ex’s Bestfriend” with Blackbear on a rooftop and “Bloody Valentines” with Travis Barker. The two-song pieces will appear on his forthcoming album, ‘Tickets to My Downfall.’

Kelly’s night started with a bang by winning the first Moon Person of the evening. Kelly shared that he plans to put the Moonperson in his newly opened coffee shop in Seattle, Washington. He also bagged Best Alternative for his music video “Bloody Valentine,” which featured his gorgeous girlfriend, Megan Fox. The single premiered at number twenty one on the Youtube Top Songs chart, which garnered 3.48 million views during its first week.

Kelly took to Instagram to reveal his thoughts concerning his achievement. As per The News, Kelly mentioned how bittersweet it was finding out they had been nominated and owned it since then because he was flying in to obtain his late father’s ashes. He also said that he found out it was a fan-voted award, and it is such an honor to gain what he has gained right now.

Richard Colson Baker, best known as Machine Gun Kelly or MGK, rose to fame with Stamp Of Approval in 2006. In 2012, he was presented with the Hottest Breakthrough MC Award after launching his Laced Up album. He won the MTV 2012 Breaking Woodie Award then starred as Felix in Netflix’s original film in 2018, ‘Bird Box.’

The same year, he launched the diss song titled, ‘Rap Devil’ which was targeting Eminem as part of their ongoing rivalry. As a child, he grew up listening to DMX and Ludacris, lived in Germany and Egypt, and learned to speak Arabic before he learned to speak English.
