BLINKS and Selenators worldwide share the same excitement and feelings as the release of their idol's collaboration track called 'Ice Cream' is just days away. Throughout BLACKPINK's career, their team-up with Selena Gomez is the highly-anticipated one.

While waiting for the single's release this coming Aug. 28 (Friday), the South Korean all-girl ensemble and the pop superstar turned makeup mogul has been poking their fans' anticipation by consistently releasing teasers many kinds: snippets, posters, and videos. As per Billboard, the teasers brought by BLACKPINK and Gomez is heating the stage for the show they are about to put on for 'Ice Cream.'

'Ice Cream' is Gomez's version of a "dream come true."

The South Korean femme fatale and the 'Rare Beauty' CEO may be hindered to be physically together due to the restrictions the global pandemic caused by the COVID-19 is imposing. Still, the pop superstars found a way to stay connected. In the recent video clip teaser, the two collaborators held a FaceTime video call to talk about their upcoming track.

On the call, BLACKPINK's Rosé uttered their thankfulness to Gomez for lending her voice for their newest track. The K-pop idol also admitted that all four of them, alongside Jennie, Jisoo, and Lisa, have been an avid fan and supporter of her craft for a long time.

Gomez responded sweetly by saying, "This is a big, big dream for me, and I can't wait."

BLACKPINK dived into a '70s theme teaser posters

The 'How You Like That' singers and rappers dropped a series of radiating teaser posters that feature each of the members' mesmerizing classic looks. The quartet delivered a massive '70s vibe by donning a causal light outfits that best resembles the early years of fashion in the '70s.

The track probably comes with a music video

On her personal Instagram account, the Disney alum teased a couple of teasers that allows everyone to take a peek of the track's music video. Initially, Gomez confirmed the single's release date by announcing "SWLPINK pulling up soon."

A few days later, the 'Fetish' singer posted a photo of herself in almost the same look as BLACPINK's teaser images while licking an ice cream cone.

Gomez also launched her ice cream flavor

In heels time for the sweet single release, Gomez also made known the ice cream flavor inspired by their collaboration that is best matched with listening to their track. The singer partnered with a renowned NYC dessert shop called 'Serendipity,' as she curated a Cookies and Cream mixture of pink vanilla ice cream.
