Meghan Markle, recently, filed a lawsuit on behalf of her 1-year-old son, Archie.

The Duchess of Sussex is suing a tabloid for publishing photos of Archie while they were hiking in Canada in January.

In the snap, Markle is carrying Archie on her chest, and she’s also walking her dog. The 1-year-old’s face is not seen in the photo, but Markle’s face is clearly shown.

According to New Idea, the lawsuit that Markle filed was under the name Master Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. But since he’s a minor, Markle declared herself as her son’s litigation friend.

After reports revealed that Markle filed a lawsuit against a tabloid, an unnamed source told New Idea that she could be sending Queen Elizabeth a cryptic message with the bold move.

The insider said that Markle is trying to tell everyone that Archie is his and no one can have access to him without her consent. But since her son is still a minor, Markle’s critics also think that the move is absurd.

“The Queen is deeply saddened by Meghan’s actions. Now it’s personal. Meghan’s dragging Archie, who, whether she likes it or not is of royal blood, into a battle he didn’t ask to be involved in. History has shown that she will always defend her flesh and blood. She’s pleading with Harry to see sense,” the source said.

This isn’t the first time that Markle is rumored to be keeping Archie away from the queen and the other members of the royal family.

Last year, New Idea claimed that Markle didn’t allow Kate Middleton to carry Archie during their outing because she thinks that her kids are dirty.

The Duchess of Sussex allegedly saw Middleton’s kids running around and touching the floor and this worried her.

“She said Kate lets her children run riot outdoors, getting in the mud and climbing trees and she will not allow those ‘dirty kids’ anywhere near her son!’” the source said.

In March, New Idea claimed that Markle didn’t bring Archie along with her when she returned to the United Kingdom because she doesn’t want the royal family to see her son.

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. And if there’s one thing that’s consistent about these types of stories it’s that the same tabloid is the one spreading the rumors.
