Lunden Roberts, the former paramour of Hunter Biden, insists that the $20,000 monthly child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Navy, should not be reduced, according to recent court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com. In her filing, Roberts argues that Navy should "enjoy the same lifestyle and quality of life as her half-siblings and cousins who are members of the Biden family."

Despite Hunter's request to lower his child support payments, Roberts contends that he is not entitled to a downward modification based on his financial situation. "The court should set child support at its current amount even if it is to be considered an upward deviation in support," her filing stated.

Hunter, son of President Joe Biden, shares a 2-year-old son named Beau with his wife, Melissa Cohen, born in March 2020. Roberts has previously accused Hunter of playing no role in Navy's life.

In a recent court hearing, the judge criticized Hunter and ordered him to provide additional financial records after Roberts claimed he had not submitted essential evidence. While Roberts called for Hunter to be jailed for his purported legal games, the judge did not incarcerate him but admonished him and his counsel.

The judge also chastised Hunter and his lawyers for sealing certain records in the case, stating, "The ability to redact is somewhat being abused. I'm seeing a lot of things filed, especially by Mr. Biden's counsel, sealing things, redacting things, that are not confidential."

Roberts has previously asserted that she "has evidence that [Hunter] has not fully disclosed his income sources, residences, assets, and property. This evidence is bolstered by the fact that [Hunter] refuses to provide full discovery in this matter."

In addition to the child support dispute, Roberts and Hunter are engaged in a battle over Navy's surname. Roberts argues that her daughter should have the Biden last name, which she says represents being "well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful." She claims this is the least Hunter can do, considering his lack of involvement in Navy's life.

The parties are set to face off in court later this year to resolve the child support issue.
