Lunden Roberts, the ex of Hunter Biden, has requested that President Biden's son disclose the amount paid to his high-profile legal team as part of his ongoing effort to reduce his child support payments, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Roberts is seeking information on Hunter's legal expenses, as detailed in her motion first reported by Daily Mail. The motion states, "The amount of money paid to these attorneys is indicative of the defendant's income and his ability to pay money for child support."

In 2019, Roberts sued Hunter to establish paternity and receive support for their daughter, Navy Roberts. Court documents reveal that Roberts claimed Hunter had no relationship with their 4-year-old child. The former couple reached a child support agreement in March 2020.

However, Hunter returned to court last year, seeking a reduction in his monthly child support payments, a request that Roberts has opposed.

Earlier this month, Roberts demanded that Hunter be jailed for failing to provide information related to the case.

In her recent filing, Roberts highlighted Hunter's ability to pay Washington D.C. attorney Abbe Lowell $855 per billable hour. She also mentioned another lawyer, Kevin Morris, who has represented celebrities such as Matthew McConaughey, Ellen DeGeneres, Scarlett Johansson, Zoe Saldana, Liam Hemsworth, and Chris Rock.

Roberts argued that Hunter's capacity to afford "such a well-connected, successful attorney, and member of the Hollywood elite, is also indicative of [Hunter's] influence, prestige, and importance."

Roberts has called for Hunter to reveal all payment records related to his legal representation. She stated, "This is important because there are widespread media reports that Mr. Biden has received a 'loan' from a friend—attorney Kevin Morris—as payment to the IRS to satisfy his nearly $2 million dollar tax liability."

Roberts claimed to have evidence showing that Hunter "has not fully disclosed his income sources, residences, assets, and property." She added that this evidence is supported by Hunter's refusal to provide full discovery in the case.

As previously reported by RadarOnline.com, Hunter has been ordered to appear in person at the next court hearing.
