Priyanka Chopra had nothing but good words about her husband, Nick Jonas, during their recent outing.

Speaking to People at the South Asian Excellence at the Oscars event Thursday, the 40-year-old actress sang praises to the 30-year-old artist, with whom she tied the knot four years ago.

Chopra stated that Jonas is her “greatest champion,” before saying, “and he’s half Indian, as you will see when the music starts, but he’s just such a supporter of me.”

The “Baywatch” actress continued in the exchange with the magazine that the Jonas Brothers member “finished his shoot, came directly all jazzed up and ready to be here by my side.” She added, “And, you know, he champions me and reminds me when I forget.”

Us Weekly shares in a report that Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra first got to know each other in September 2016. As noted, though, it was not until a few months later that they first connected in person when they met at the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty.

The outlet continues that the two personalities only began to date in 2018, with it recalling breaking the news at the time, saying they were officially dating.

Jonas proposed to Chopra two months later, and they tied the knot in two separate ceremonies that December, as per the outlet.

The “Sucker” singer and the “Quantico” actress now share a daughter, whom they welcomed earlier last year.

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra gave kind words not only to Nick Jonas but also to their families.

In the same exchange with People, published Friday, the "Love Again" actress stated that "having [Nick's] support and my family - my in-laws are back home with the baby - just being able to have my family show up is the only way I could do what I do," adding that her "family is my greatest, greatest strength."

Jonas and Chopra officially became parents when they welcomed their first child via surrogate last year.

In January 2022, the "Isn't It Romantic" actress announced the relationship and life milestone via an Instagram post, saying, in part, they were "overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate."

At the event, which took place in Los Angeles on Thursday, Priyanka Chopra also shared a few insights into her and Nick Jonas' lives as parents to their daughter.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the "White Tiger" actress revealed that their child was "asleep."

As noted, it came after she was asked whether attending such events gets challenging with a newborn during the exchange.

She later added to her response, "Can you imagine? No, tonight's daddy and mommy's night out."
