Princess Eugenie stepped out for the first time since announcing her baby news.

Express UK reported that eyewitnesses spotted the royal-born Princess with Sarah Ferguson on Tuesday. As noted, she was seen beaming as she left Chiltern Firehouse, a restaurant in Marylebone, London, after grabbing dinner with her mother.

For the outing, the Princess of York is said to have worn a black floral dress and paired it with leather boots of the same color. She also had an oversized camel coat for the night, alongside a black leather handbag, completing the ensemble.

Tuesday’s sighting of Princess Eugenie came hours after she announced her second pregnancy with Jack Brooksbank.

On Instagram, the royal-born Princess, niece to King Charles III, posted a photo of herself with her first-born son, kissing her belly.

She wrote in the caption, “We’re so excited to share that there will be a new addition to our family this summer,” before noting that her husband took the snap.

In its report covering the baby news, People said the Princess of York and Jack Brooksbank also announced that they are pregnant in a statement released by Buckingham Palace.

The announcement read, “Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer.”

It continues, “The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother.”

The youngest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson had her first child in February 2021. She and her husband welcomed their son more than two years after they tied the knot.

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, who announced their engagement in January 2018, exchanged vows at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor in October of that year. It came a few months after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wedded at the same venue.

Meanwhile, People recently shared in a separate report that the pregnancy of the couple means that there will be a shift in the British royal line of succession.

The second child of the royal-born Princess will become the 13th person in line to the British throne, moving Prince Edward, the youngest child of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, down a spot.

Currently, Princess Eugenie is the 11th in line, while her first-born son is the 12th.

The magazine noted elsewhere in the same report, published Tuesday, that the baby, who will arrive this summer, will be the 13th great-grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.

Also, it is said that the new addition will be the first great-grandchild of the late British Monarch born after her passing in September.
