Olivia Wilde allegedly refuses to wait until Harry Styles proposes to her.

In its Oct. 14 issue, Heat UK claimed that Wilde gave her boyfriend an ultimatum to propose to her within her given timeframe or she’ll break up with him.

“In her ideal world, they’ll be engaged by the end of the year at the very latest and she doesn’t want to hang around before tying the knot. Olivia is making it very clear that she wants to put an official stamp on the relationship. It’s not enough for her to be boyfriend and girlfriend anymore, she wants the whole shebang,” the source said.

The source added that Wilde is very serious about Styles. In fact, she could no longer imagine herself dating someone else. So, she’s hopeful that their relationship would end in a proposal and eventually in marriage.

However, the source claimed that Styles is still unsure if he’s ready to settle down and tie the knot with Wilde. In fact, he’s not sure if he wants to be tied down to a woman.

“Harry has always maintained that independent side to his life, and it’s hard for a lot of his friends to imagine him diving right in, even if he does adore Olivia and sees the potential of a long-term future. It’s Olivia who’s turning up the intensity and looking to strike while the iron’s hot, and Harry doesn’t have a lot of wriggle room,” the source said.

At the end of the day, Styles knows that he needs to make a tough decision. He could either be all in and propose to Wilde and make her happy or he could be clear about where his head is at.

But if he chooses the latter, it’s highly likely for his relationship with Wilde to end.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Wilde is pressuring Styles to propose to her. There’s no reason for her to do this because they have only been dating for a short period of time.

It’s not also true that Styles is not ready to commit or settle down with Wilde. It just so happened that the couple hasn’t talked about tying the knot because their relationship is still relatively new.
