Kate Middleton allegedly begged Prince Harry to stay in England after his recent trip to attend the queen’s Platinum Jubilee. However, the Duke of Sussex refused.

In its June 20 issue, New Idea claimed that Middleton was so upset after Prince Harry rejected her invitation. After all, she thought it was the perfect time for the royal family to bury the hatchet.

“Kate’s so upset. She really hoped that Harry could have stayed in London longer so they could all spend time together,” the source said.

The source also claimed that even though Prince William and Prince Harry haven’t healed their rift, Middleton tried her best to stay on neutral ground. In fact, she was one of the people who welcomed Prince Harry back into the royal family with open arms.

Following their recent outing at the Platinum Jubilee, body language expert Louise Mahler said that Middleton didn’t take sides during the event. However, Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle was her exact opposite.

“But Meghan made a strong passive-aggressive [move] by turning her head away as Catherine walked past which was disrespectful and childish,” she said.

Some royal fans were convinced that Markle looked away while Middleton was walking down the aisle at St. Paul’s Cathedral for the queen’s Thanksgiving Service. And after Middleton got to her seat, Markle looked forward once again.

A viral video also shows Middleton looking in Markle’s direction. But the Duchess of Cambridge kept a straight face and it’s unclear if she and Markle looked into each other’s eye at the time.

However, there’s no proof that Middleton urged Prince Harry to stay in England longer. And it’s not also true that she got upset after the Duke of Sussex said no.

It wouldn’t have made sense for Middleton to ask Prince Harry to stay in England because he is now residing in the United States with his entire family.

Prince Harry wouldn’t also have anything to do in England because he no longer works for the royal family. Instead, he now has ties to different companies in America.

However, some royal experts are convinced that things could change after Prince Charles ascends the throne. By then, Prince Charles might invite Prince Harry and Markle back to the royal fold because he would need all the help that he could get.
