Prince Harry announced his departure from the royal family in 2020. At the time, he said that he wanted to continue his royal duties while in the United States but Queen Elizabeth refused to grant his wife.

Now, royal author Tina Brown claimed that royal fans might not have seen the last of Prince Harry. After all, there’s a huge possibility for him to return to the royal fold when Prince Charles ascends the throne.

Brown said that Prince Charles might ask for Prince Harry’s help when he becomes king because there are only a few royals that can support him. In fact, Prince Charles is already showing signs that he would need all the support that he could get by relying on Prince William and Kate Middleton as early as now.

“It's looking a bit skeletal because they weren't supposed to be losing Andrew or Harry, so a bit of a problem slimmed-down monarchy at the moment. I think there is a great effort to try to make everybody focus on the heir, Charles, and William and Kate. But there is a lot of pressure on that,” she said (via The News).

Brown also acknowledged the fact that Prince William and Middleton have a lot of things to do because they are also helping Queen Elizabeth.

“And I do think at a certain point they are going to need Harry back, particularly probably after the Queen dies, because he was an asset,” she said.

However, it is important to note that Brown’s claims are based entirely on her observations and predictions. As of writing, Prince Harry has not expressed any desire to return to Britain and perform his royal duties again.

In fact, it seems that he and Meghan Markle have settled well in the United States because they continue to generate huge profits while they’re there.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex previously signed multi-year deals with Netflix and Spotify. But they have yet to release their projects.

Additionally, Prince Harry is set to release his memoir at the end of the year. But some tabloids are convinced that this could be pushed back until early next year so that he could share his experiences while at the queen’s Platinum Jubilee last week.
