Ezra Miller continues to face legal issues ahead of the “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” release. On Tuesday, two Hilo residents filed for a temporary restraining order against the actor.

People obtained a copy of a court document, detailing the allegations against the “Justice League” star. As claimed, he “harassed and threatened” the couple on Monday.

The document alleges that Miller “burst into the bedroom” of the two Hilo residents and “threatened” one of them by allegedly saying, “I will bury you and your slut wife.” It, also, claims that he stole some of the petitioners’ “personal belongings,” including wallet, passport, bank cards, social security card, and driver’s license.

The same document continues that “[Miller] is famous and wealthy,” making “access to weapons much easier; as well as sending associates to harass the [couple].”

Tuesday’s filing of restraining order comes after Ezra Miller’s arrest earlier on Monday. Sources said that it was the two Hilo residents who bailed him out of jail on a $500 bond.

The publication said that the Hawaii Police Department confirmed the arrest, noting that the actor was charged with “disorderly conduct and harassment," taking place at the Hilo karaoke bar on Sunday evening. Officers responded before midnight after receiving reports of disorderly conduct.

Police say Miller took issue with people singing “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper and started to yell obscenities. He is, also, said to have “grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman,” and later “lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts.”

Associated Press News released a similar report, which includes what the Hawaii Police Assistant Chief had said about Ezra Miller.

Kenneth Quiocho said that the actor, who police described as a “29-year-old visitor from Stamford, Vermont,” has been the “source of police calls in Hilo ten times since March 7.” He noted, though, that they were “manini” incidents, a term that can reportedly mean “minor or small.”

As claimed, these incidents include “filming people at a gas station, refusing to leave the sidewalk area of a restaurant, and arguing with people.”

This is not the first time Ezra Miller has gotten involved in an incident. Earlier in April 2020, he appeared to have “choked a woman” at a bar in Iceland, according to Variety.

A video, showing the incident, surfaced online, causing the actor to trend on social media platforms. A source from the establishment, Prikið Kaffihús, confirmed with the publication that it was a “serious altercation” at the premises, adding that Miller was escorted off the bar afterward.
