A lot of people may not have been able to spend time together over the holidays because of the global coronavirus pandemic. Still, Hollywood couple Nina Dobrev and Shaun White have been lucky enough to spend Christmas together.

E! Online reports that the 31-year-old actress and the 34-year-old Olympian celebrated their first Christmas together as a couple. On his Instagram account, White shared an image that showed Polaroid shots of him and Dobrev wearing matching pajamas and Santa hats.

This is not the first time that White has posted images on his Instagram account, proudly showcasing his relationship with Dobrev. Back in November, he shared a photo of Dobrev with his niece, nephew, and other members of the family.

White has also shared an image of him and Dobrev during a trip to Utah’s Zion National Park. In the image taken earlier this month, the couple was holding onto a chain while standing on a precarious ledge. The post currently has more than 100,000 likes.

As for Dobrev, the Daily Mail says the actress has also been generous with sharing snaps of her boyfriend on her own Instagram account. Just a few days ago, she shared an image of the first time she and White met.

In the Polaroid photo, both Dobrev and White are wearing black tops and huddled together. Dobrev posted the photo on her Instagram stories as part of the “Post a photo of…” game that had been making the rounds on the social media site.

Dobrev and White’s romance has been going on for most of the year. Back in August, the couple was seen in a public display of affection in Mexico. The actress and the athlete were seen frolicking on a beach in Tulum, Mexico.

Aside from being spotted playing volleyball with friends, Dobrev and White were also seen making out in the waves. Two days before this, the couple was seen cuddling on the beach and being publicly affectionate with each other.

The public display in August came after the pair made their relationship Instagram official in May. In that Instagram post, Dobrev joked that she was now a hairdresser after posting a video of herself giving White a haircut.

Dobrev and White are far from being the only pandemic-era couple. Just a week ago, songstress Ariana Grande announced her engagement to real estate agent Dalton Gomez. Grande and Gomez reportedly met at the start of the year and spent the coronavirus-induced lockdowns with each other.

Another celebrity couple that got engaged this year is Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz. Beckham announced his engagement to the actress by posting about it on his Instagram account.
