The Crocodile's mask has come off, and it is Nick Carter! Yes, the 40-year-old musician has been a part of The Masked Singer's fourth season and won the third position on the show. However, the singer admitted that he is still known for his popular band, Backstreet Boys.

Moreover, the singer reflected on the pink color and said that it is a happy color. Carter said that he feels happy inside as he is a caring, loving, and sensitive person. While the singer landed in third place this season, he almost defeated all other reptiles in the previous season.

The singer revealed that he even designed his own costume for season three on his smartphone with the help of drawings to create a Turtle. However, he was occupied with a tour with his boys, because of which he couldn't make time for the show.

“I’ve always felt as if maybe I haven’t been really good on my own haven’t come into my own as a solo artist. I do feel as if I tried to put some records out, but I’ve had failed records," Carter explained the impact created by the reality show on his career.

He noted that when he puts the mask on, the audience just focuses on the voice that he truly appreciated. The singer further admitted that he is pleasantly surprised to learn how far he reached individually.

The singer performed many popular songs such as Bon Jovi's It’s My Life, Britney Spears' Toxic, Leona Lewis' Bleeding Love, Aerosmith's I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing, and Journey's Open Arms.

The singer revealed that it was the reality singing show that inspired him to get into a music studio and record his solo album, 80's Movie. Moreover, he recalled how his children, son Odin, who is four-year-old and daughter Saoirse, who is 14-months-old reacted to his show's performance.

He explained how many people called him and said that they knew it was him. He noted that it was way too much fun to hide something like this and said that the show is absolutely family-oriented.

The singer said that his children watched the show with him and till the end, they had no clue that it was him. Carter further admitted that it was a great activity for his family to cope with the quarantine period and spend quality time together.
