Kaido and Big Mom’s battle continues and even goes to dangerous levels in One Piece Episode 955. The new episode is called A New Alliance?! Kaido’s Army Gathers!

The official One Piece Episode 955 preview trailer has been released after airing Episode 954. The trailer teases the fight of the emperors and the arrival of Apoo of the Worst Generation and Numbers in Wano.

Meanwhile, a strong fighter becomes part of Kaido’s formidable army. What will Luffy and his allies do next?

“It is the battle of the Emperors, Kaido and Big Mom! While it rages to unexpected levels, Apoo of the Worst Generation and the Numbers, a group of giant creatures, arrive in Wano! Another strong one joins Kaido’s invincible army, putting Luffy and his clan in a tighter spot! On the next episode of One Piece! A New Alliance?! Kaido’s Army Gathers!” the preview text for the new episode read.

In the last One Piece episode, Gyukimaru is badly wounded after the battle with Zoro. However, Gyukimaru manages to escape but he is bleeding profusely and Zoro follows the blood trail to locate him.

Zoro yells at him and orders him to return his sword. Zoro ends up following Gyukimaru to a place where the latter hides his stolen weapons.

Meanwhile, Hiyori and Kawamatsu are at the bridge. Hiyori is glad that Kawamatsu is alive and that he cares about her. The conversation is interrupted after Kawamatsu sees a bunch of ninjas approaching them. He is angry that Kaido is still tenaciously hunting for the remnants.

Kawamatsu launches an attack in Kappa Style and shows the Yorikiri attack killing the enemies with one strike. He tells Hiyori that more enemies might be on their way and they must head to a safe spot.

As they walk, they remember the old times. She asks Kawamatsu about his visit. He tells her that after she disappeared, he made his way here on mundane business. He goes on to tell her about the places he visited and the warriors he met along the way.

One Piece Episode 955 is scheduled to hit the airwaves on Saturday, Dec. 19 at 7:30 p.m. ET and 4:30 p.m. PT. In Japan, episode 955 will be airing at 9:30 a.m. The episode will be out on Crunchyroll for fans in the U.S.
