Kelly Clarkson wants to make sure that her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock will get a single cent after their divorce.

In its Dec. 21 issue, Globe claimed that Clarkson realized that Blackstock used her as a cash cow throughout their marriage only recently.

But looking back on their tumultuous romance, the American Idol singer never felt loved.

In fact, every time Blackstock would look at her, Clarkson couldn’t help but think that he’s just seeing dollar signs.

A source told the tabloid that the court granted Clarkson full custody of her kids because the judge didn’t think it’s best if their children would split their time between Los Angeles and Montana.

And Clarkson also told the judge that Blackstock doesn’t want to take care of their kids.

But he’s trying to fight to keep them because this means that Clarkson would have to pay him child support.

In total, Blackstock wants Clarkson to pay him $436,000 every month because she knows that the singer can afford it.

However, Clarkson insisted that she won’t give him a single cent.

In fact, the singer also filed a countersuit against her former father-in-law and Starstruck Management after they asked her to pay $1.4 million.

Clarkson said that it is the company that should pay her back for everything that she spent because they represented her without a valid license.

As of late, Clarkson has not opened up about the details of her divorce from Blackstock. So, it is highly likely that the tabloid is just speculating on the matter.

But this week, the singer released a rare statement accusing Blackstock of defrauding her out of her millions.

Bryan Freedman, a lawyer for Starstruck Management, told TMZ that Clarkson had her own licensed talent agency CAA at all times.

“While Starstruck Management Group provided talent management services on her behalf, it did so at all times that CAA was her agency of record,” he said.

Freeman also said that it’s unfortunate that Clarkson is refusing to pay commissions that she owes to Starstruck Management to try and achieve some perceived advantage in her custody and divorce proceedings.

TMZ also revealed that Blackstock is only allowed to see his two kids every weekend in Los Angeles.

And the rest of the week, the kids are with Clarkson. The singer also told the judge that Los Angeles has always been the home of her kids that’s why she didn’t want them to move to Montana.
