Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been accused of trying to outshine the Queen’s lifetime of work after it was revealed that the royal pair are planning to create their own ‘woke’ honor list.

In a report by The Sun UK, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, allegedly, passed documents on to their lawyers to file in court regarding creating an annual honor list, which will see them giving awards to exemplary persons and organizations.

This list has been compared to the Queen’s own awards, such as the CBE, OBE and the MBE awards dedicated to Britons who have contributed greatly to the Country locally, nationally, and regionally.

Furthermore, reports claim that this award by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be under their recently launched philanthropic organization ‘Archewell.’

Apparently, this news has reached the royal pair and they have debunked this rumored awards, which was described to be a competition to the Queen’s CBE, OBE and MBE.

Now, the Sussex camp has issued a statement on this new saying that there is no truth to the stories, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are far from creating an award from their brand.

“We look forward to sharing more about Archewell’s work in the weeks ahead, but any suggestion that it is intended to rival the UK honor’s list is false,” Press Secretary for Archewell Toya Holness said to Cosmopolitan.

Holness also mentioned the trademark problem Archewell came across with, saying that they are still working on trademarking the said name and are following the guidelines strictly.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s ‘Archewell’ foundation was recognized after the pair’s exit from the Royal Firm. They were not allowed to use their SussexRoyal brand anymore. Thus they created a new foundation.

The couple recently launched the foundation after this year’s summer, but before that, they also signed with streaming giant Netflix.

Apparently, the pair aims to work hand-in-hand with Netflix and their new foundation to bring ‘woke’ ideas to the center stage.

The couple still continues to support royal foundations that have made them patrons during their senior royal stint. Up to this day, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are the President and Vice-president respectively of the Queen’s Royal Foundation.

As for any awards handed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, these are all just rumors. The pair promised to uphold the Queen’s name in their pursuit for commercial success outside the Royal Firm.
