Prince Harry has reportedly confided in his friends when it comes to his life since leaving the royal family.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the Duke of Sussex has been struggling since his and Meghan Markle’s bombshell exit.

An insider told the publication that Prince Harry misses his life in the military the most. More specifically, he misses the camaraderie of being in the forces.

“He has been telling friends he still can’t believe this has happened. He can’t believe his life has been turned upside down. He was in a happy place when he was serving in the Army, then he met Meghan and since then life has been great. But I don’t think he foresaw things turning out quite as they did,” the source said.

As of late, it is unclear what struggles Prince Harry and Markle are really facing in the United States. But the royal couple’s recent photos suggest that they are having the time of their life in Los Angeles.

However, several tabloids have been publishing dubious stories about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. For instance, Globe claimed that Markle issued an ultimatum to Prince Harry about his plans to return to the United Kingdom.

A source told the tabloid that Prince Harry had been secretly negotiating his return. And when Markle found out about it, she allegedly went berserk. The royal couple got into a screaming match and Markle told her husband that she could go home but Archie would have to say with her.

The unnamed source also claimed that Prince Harry’s friends have been telling him that he made a huge mistake by turning his back on the royal family. And this is reportedly adding more pressure to the already stressed out prince.

However, Prince Harry and Markle have not yet opened up about their lives in the United States so it is unlikely for these claims to be correct. In the past, the couple complained about their privacy and this is the reason why they decided to quit.

Earlier this year, Prince Harry told his supporters that his and Markle’s decision to quit doesn’t mean that they are walking away from them. Rather, they just realized that there’s no other option back then.

“Our hope was to continue serving the Queen, the Commonwealth, and my military associations without public funding. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible,” he said (via The Guardian).
