Meghan Markle seems to have no love left for the royal family.

It seems that she is feeling bitter about the fact that the Palace did not do anything about the fact that she was constantly criticized by the British media ever since she started dating Prince Harry. According to the Daily Mail, Meghan opened up to her friends about feeling like Harry's relatives could have done better when dealing with the media. She further laments that had it been Kate Middleton, the royal family would have immediately intervened, and 'changes would have been made'.

This might be the reason why the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a statement last week that they would no longer be cooperating with British tabloids. The couple claims that the tabloids tended to release clickbait articles that exaggerated or even fabricated the truth. They said that statements will only be made when absolutely necessary and only through their lawyer.

Could this also be the reason why the couple eventually stepped down from their senior roles as members of the royal family? It seems that Meghan demanded that Harry needed to take a stand not just for her and Harry but even for his mother Diana, who eventually passed away after a paparazzi chase in Paris. The Palace was not aware that the couple was planning to cut ties with the British tabloids, and insiders say that they are not happy with the couple's decision.

But with the couple far from the UK and settling in America, they can no longer do anything about the couple's choices. While they are apparently not cooperating with British tabloids, it seems they have no problem with American paparazzi, if the choice of their house would be considered. Page Six reported that they had settled at Serra Retreat, which is actually considered a paparazzi hotspot. That is because the area is home to many significant personalities, from politicians, Hollywood legends, and pop stars. So while the community may be safe inside, as soon as they leave the gates, they should expect to be followed and their moves documented. That is what happened when they volunteered for Project Angel Food and were photographed delivering meals to the sick.

But there are also reports by New York Post that the couple has not yet chosen exactly where they would be living in LA. but it seems that they are looking for really expensive mansions, ranging from $15 to $20 million.
