Queen Elizabeth will, reportedly, never bypass Prince Charles for the throne amid rumors that she’s training Prince William for the important role.

Throughout the past couple of years, there have been claims suggesting that the queen is grooming Prince William because she wants him to succeed her.

According to tabloids and some royal experts, Prince William will become a more effective king than Prince Charles because he’s much younger.

However, a source told Us Weekly that this will never happen because the queen will never bypass her eldest son from the throne.

After all, Prince Charles has been waiting all his life to become king, and the heir to the throne also sees this as his birthright. So, regardless if he wants to be king of not, he will succeed Her Majesty.

And since Prince Charles has been waiting to be king all his life, it is unlikely for the monarch to deprive her son of ascending the throne.

But the more important question has to do with when Prince Charles will ascend the throne. A source told Express that the queen should consider stepping down from her royal duties now because she’s already 94 years old.

And when Prince Charles becomes king, he will surely seek his mother’s advice. This means that the queen will still have a say on the monarchy one way or another.

However, it is unlikely for the queen to ever abdicate. In the book Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life In Our Time, royal author Sarah Bradford said that Prince Philip’s wife will never abdicate because she thinks it’s her mission and duty.

The author also said that abdicating from the throne has never crossed the queen’s mind.

Earlier this year, professor Robert Hazell also confirmed that after the queen dies, Prince Charles will automatically become king.

While speaking with Insider, Hazell also said that Prince William will only succeed the queen if Prince Charles dies before Her Majesty. As such, when the monarch dies afterward, Prince William will become her successor.

Hazell also said that there’s no question that Middleton will become the queen of England when Prince William becomes king. And there is nothing to prevent the Duke of Cambridge from becoming king other than his premature death.

The same goes for Prince Charles. The only thing that could prevent him from ascending the throne is if he dies before the queen. After all, the queen will never bypass him from the throne.
