After defeating President Donald Trump in the presidential race, seems to be leaving no stone unturned in a bid to make good on his campaign promises. On the other hand, President Donald Trump is bent on somehow overturning the election results. He and his allies' claims have been subject to voter fraud without providing any evidence.

Unaffected by Trump's refusal to accept him as the winner, Democrat Joe Biden and his transition team are moving ahead. On Tuesday, his transition team unveiled the list of people who will be a part of the team preparing the incoming administration to take control of the federal government, despite the outgoing president and his administration challenging the results and refusing to give the team of the incoming President-elect access.

The announcement represents Biden's confidence about carrying out a smooth transition even though Trump continues to concede the race, refusing to take the required steps to initiate the process of transferring power from his administration to the new administration. The most crucial step includes a formal determination from the General Services Administration, but NPR reported that it is delaying Biden's transition process because one of the Trump administration officials hasn't yet formally determined that Biden won the election.

However, his transition team recently shared a list of nearly 500 people who will be working in various government agencies, including the United States Postal Service, the Department of Homeland Security, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on its website BuildBackBetter.com. During a more traditional transition, this team will team up with career officials within the government to ensure the necessary steps are taken for the new administration to take over.

Regardless of whether or not the outgoing administration agrees to enable the transition, Biden's transition team believes the groups can still do their respective jobs without getting full access. Former Sen. Ted Kaufman, who is one of the chairs of the transition team, noted that the agency review process would enable us to deal with these challenges on Day One, CNN reported.

The agency review teams play crucial roles in addressing the ongoing public health crisis, protecting national security, and making sure that the United States continues to be a beacon of democracy for the rest of the world, Kaufman said. As the General Services Administration continues waiting to confirm the election results, the transition statement suggests that these staffers will reach out to trade associations, labor groups, think tanks officials, and other NGOs.
