Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been surrounded by rumors since the news came out that they were an item. The couple has been hounded by controversies all throughout their relationship, and even though they are now living as private citizens in America, they still create major royal traction.

There has been a rumor circulating that the royal pair is most likely going to move to South Africa. Filmdaily reporter Brynley Louise covers the possibility of Harry and Meghan living in Africa.

Louise takes excerpts from Robert Lacey’s newest book ‘Battle of Brothers,’ wherein he discusses in great detail the Queen’s offer of letting Harry and Meghan live in South Africa for a time.

According to Lacey, the Queen knew the Duke and Duchess’s plans of leaving the royal family and thus fashioned a plan for the couple to have a relaxing life for one or two years.

The Queen and one of her advisors hatched a strategy to send Meghan and Harry off to South Africa, together with Archie Harrison as representative of the Queen. They are to play an important role in the Commonwealth nations of the British monarchy.

Apparently, the Queen and her advisors were too late in offering this idea to the Sussex’s and before they knew it, the couple severed their ties from the royal firm.

This news has come alight once again after issues of Meghan tweeting about moving out of the US if Trump wins the election back in 2016 has once again resurfaced.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are now living in the United States, a decision that has gathered much criticism from British citizens.

But before their eventual settlement in America, the couple were looking at being based in Canada instead as this was where Meghan Markle was living during their dating years.

An important fact about rumors surrounding their probable move to South Africa is rooted in the information that Africa has a special place in the life of the royal pair.

It is known that during their secret Botswana trip, Prince Harry was said to have popped the question, as well as this, was the country where they fell in love with each other.

Queen Elizabeth’s plan was only to help the couple adjust slowly to the royal life without sacrificing their royal status and getting their privacy that they want so much.

Meghan and Harry are now no longer involved with the royal firm and are venturing into other commercial avenues.
