Feels like decades since the last James Bond movie came out - although, in fact, it has only been 5 years since Daniel Craig’s Spectre hit the theaters in 2015. The wait is going to strike as even more excruciating as the next one in line No Time To Die is being pushed back to 2021 for release. The upcoming 007 movie was the first major tentpole to delay the release date due to the coronavirus outbreak earlier this year.

Filmmakers have announced recently that "No Time To Die" won’t be coming out this year as it was initially planned. The 25th installment of the popular spy series was originally due out in April this year, but due to the lockdowns, and worldwide theatre shutters, the movie was then reslated to be released towards the end of this unusual year.

As per the contributors, the latest installment is all set to be the biggest and most adventuresome Bond movie till date. No Time To Die will see the spectacular spy encounter his fiercest challenge ever in the form of super-evil villain Safin.

As per the official statement by the filmmakers, the new release date is set to be right at the beginning of 2021’s second quarter.

The filmmakers said that the brands involved in the production "today announced the release of 'No Time To Die,' the 25th film in the James Bond series, will be delayed until 2 April in order to be seen by a worldwide theatrical audience."

The statement further adds that though the wait is disappointing to Bond fans worldwide it now makes the most sense to wait until the next year.

"No Time To Die" is Daniel Craig’s last Bond movie which is a reason – it’s even more special to fans worldwide. Craig has been associated with the popular spy franchise for the last 15 long years starting from 2006’s mega-hit "The Casino Royale."

His predecessor Pierce Brosnan had given some of the highest-grossing and most notorious Bond movies ever, so it was definitely a tough job to carry on the charisma. Well, Craig has done the job wonderfully, what remains to see is how the last one turns out to be. Going by the teaser-borne expectations, it is going to be as grand as it will ever be.

The wait will definitely be daunting to fans who have been biding their time to get a good load of Bond charisma. None to blame, but the turbulence of time!
