There have been circulating rumors that point out to the cutting down of the royal members one Prince Charles is crowned as King. This move is said to cut down costs for the royal family and for the British taxpayers.

According to royal experts, this move of Prince Charles as King will not go down so well in the royal folds and it will most likely affect the legitimacy of the British royal family.

If it so happened that Prince Charles removes the royal titles from several members of the royal family, then Prince Andrew’s two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie will most likely be affected.

Prince Edward’s son and daughter will also be cut off from the royal family. Princess Anne’s children will not be affected since they have not taken any royal title.

It seems like Prince Charles has plans to only keep the royals who will have an impact on the future of the British monarchy, this means that his own direct line will keep their titles, including Prince William and his children.

This is not the first time a European royal family has cut down on the royal members. This was first done by King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden last year.

The King removed several members of the royal family of Sweden, announcing that this was a way of knowing, which family member will perform royal duties.

It was announced that Royal Highnesses Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, and the children of Her Royal Highness Princess Madeleine and Mr. Christopher O’Neill will no longer be members of The Royal House.

Despite these members being removed from the royal house, they are still able to keep their titled Duke and Duchess, but no longer the ‘HRH’ title.

For the British royal family, this may not be a big problem. Both Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie married men without royal titles, leading to their children not inheriting one.

Thus grandchildren of the branch of the Duke of York will have to carry no titles unless ordered otherwise by the reigning sovereign.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have also chosen not to give their son, Archie Harrison a title, but once Prince Charles accedes to the throne, little Archie will have no choice but to carry a title.

Although these are not solid plans for the future of the British royal family, there is a big possibility that there will be a denouncing of titles once Prince Charles becomes King.
