Keith Urban knew his gorgeous wife Nicole Kidman was his soul mate when he met her. 

The country crooner was recently speaking to Monica Padman on her Armchair Expert podcast. The 52-year-old musician revealed the experience of his 14-year marriage to his 53-year-old actress wife.

The singer gushed that the Big Little Lies actress was the one and he always knew it. Urban added that she was the woman he was looking for his entire life. His whole life changed after meeting the Aussie actress. 

Urban recalls that it was a time when he was fighting with his sobriety problem and he knew this was his “one shot” after meeting his wife. 

The country musician revealed that the emotions he felt were quite obvious. He knew what he wanted and where he was going. She was everything he was searching for and beyond that. 

The 45-year-old host asked the musician whether the couple had a problem with each other’s ego or not. After all, they were both successful celebrities in their respective fields. 

Keith Urban said that he can bring so many other different things to blossom and help his family, grow apart from finance. He tries to bring everything possible for his family on most occasions. 

Meanwhile, Nicole Kidman had earlier revealed that it was quite an intense feeling when she fell in love with the country crooner. Even when they had started their relationship, the actress knew that Urban was the love of her life.

Kidman said it could be because she was extremely romantic, had a strong faith, or was an actress. It was in January 2005 when the pair met for the first time at a gala. Urban and Kidman walked down the aisle in June 2006, People Magazine reports.

The couple shares two daughters – 12-year-old Sunday Rose and 9-year-old Faith Margaret. Incidentally, Nicole Kidman also has two adopted kids – Isabella, 27, and Connor, 26 with her former husband Tom Cruise.

In other related news, the musician will be the host of the ACM Awards 2020, which will be aired live from Nashville on Sept. 16, 2020 (Wednesday evening). 

However, the award ceremony will look slightly different this year. As a host, the artist believes that the show must go on no matter what happens. 

The Academy of Country Music Awards was canceled in March this year amid the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was initially slated to take place in April in Las Vegas. 

The award ceremony will be aired from three different venues in Nashville. Keith Urban, the country star will host the ceremony for the first time according to another report by the People Magazine.
