The 23-year-old supermodel Bella Hadid is making her 30-year-old ex-boyfriend what she's gotten into after their split. The model and renowned Canadian singer stumbled upon each other's presence at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards rehearsals on Aug. 28.

A credible source has revealed to the Daily Mail that the former couple only "played it cool" while crossing paths on the awards show's backstage. The run-in was made possible with the singer's appearance on the event, where the source said that it happened while The Weeknd was wrapping up his rehearsal for his extravagant performance.

Moreover, according to the source, the two exes appear to be on full good terms.

Not just that, aside from stumbling upon with each other, the Victoria's Secret Angel donned a head-turner mesh bodysuit for the event, that indeed made her ex-boyfriend speechless. In a report by the Hollywood Life, the Nensi Dojaka top worn by Bella costs in the whopping $620, whose style depicts a sultry off-the-shoulder style, making her cleavage visible that is protected by a built-in bra.

Furthermore, Bella matched her top with a wool pleated pants sold at $895 from the same designer line. She sums up her expensive look with a semi-open sandal from By Far.

Her fans saw the model leaving her apartment home in New York City, U.S.A in the same outfit, and still looks mesmerizing! She added a significant throwback hoop earring to her look, alongside putting on a dew makeup and a rocking hairdo.

For starters, the former duo ended their relationship in August of last year after involving an on-off relationship that started in 2015. An insider has revealed that even though the two have a special connection, things didn't work out as they both met each other at the wrong time of their lives.

"They're both still young, so who knows what the future holds and they've always remained on good terms, but they're just on different pages at this point," the insider added.

On the other hand, The Weeknd's performance on the VMAs caught the fans' attention as he performed 1000 ft. below the ground at Manhattan building. The 'Starboy' singer took home the coveted 'Video of the Year' award for his single 'Blinding Lights,' which he also sang during his performance.
