Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are still allegedly at odds with each other.

Following the release of Finding Freedom, Middleton and Markle have not spoken to each other. And their respective spouses aren’t also on speaking terms.

A source told Us Weekly that the Duchess of Cambridge is still full of lingering resentment over all that’s happened between the Fab Four. And Finding Freedom just made their relationships much worse.

“What Harry and Meghan have done is quite simply unforgivable. They’re like strangers at this point, and Kate’s disgusted and deeply saddened,” the source said.

As for Markle, the Suits alum couldn’t allegedly care less about what the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge think.

“Meghan knows she would always have been under Kate’s thumb – or at least in her shadow. She has zero regrets about leaving,” the source said.

While Prince Harry and Markle are busy with their new life in the United States, Prince William and Middleton are also busy preparing for their future roles in the British monarchy.

Middleton is allegedly being trained by Queen Elizabeth herself, who thinks that she and Prince William are the future of The Firm.

“These are strange times for everyone, senior royals included, and having Kate as her rock has made it so much easier for the queen to adapt to her new life at Windsor. More than anything, knowing she can rely on Kate and William to handle matters in her absence is the greatest comfort she could ask for,” the source said.

The insider also said that the queen is looking forward to passing the throne to Prince William and Middleton. And there is a possibility that Prince Charles will be bypassed from his role as king. However, the heir to the throne doesn’t allegedly mind.

After all, he, Prince William, and Middleton are all on the same page. And they want to make sure that the British monarchy will flourish even after the queen passes away.

The Duchess of Cambridge also allegedly agrees with Prince Charles’ desire to have a slimmed-down monarchy.

“Kate agrees with Charles that there are too many so-called senior members who should be dropped down a peg or two – and, conversely, others who haven’t gotten the recognition and deserve a higher profile. Even little things, like the condition of stables and servants’ quarters, are up for analysis. The list is endless,” the source said.
