Although West's attorneys mentioned in the complaint filed against the Ohio head that it is obligatory for LaRose to approve petition unless someone filed a protest against the independent candidate.

The attorneys also noted that West doesn’t violate any law of Ohio. Last week, Ohio became one of those states who rejected the petition of West to run for president. Even Illinois' state elections head revealed that the Donda: With Child star failed to garner enough signatures to file petition successfully and that led denial of his ballot.

Furthermore, the Wisconsin election board also kept West away from the presidential run by rejecting the ballot as his campaign began to post the deadline of submission. Montana election officials also rejected West's run because there were fewer petitions than required.

However, West didn't reveal the reason why he went off the battleground on New Jersey’s ballot and simply withdraw his petition as an independent presidential candidate. There are numerous states that either rejected West's petitions or failed to meet the deadlines including Pennsylvania, Florida, and California.

Although West has his hopes high with the ballot in several states such as Colorado, Vermont, Utah, and Arkansas. It became interesting for the rapper's fans when he announced his presidential run as he used to support Republican President Donald Trump.

However, after he bid for the presidential run since July 4, things have changed for the business mogul. While the Republican Party seems to be standing tall with West as they helped him with his bid. People speculate that the reason GOP officials are helping in important states so that Democratic nominee Joe Biden votes can get divided.
