Cardi B made things clear for her haters that the freshly released music video was not created for underage. Well, it seems Cardi B is leaving no stone unturned to protect her creation from negative feedback.

The 27-year-old rapper appeared on a talk show, The Kyle and Jackie O Show where she slammed her haters for criticizing her recent work. However, Cardi B also did the slow-clapping for people who accused the music video of being provocative and vulgar.

"The people that the song bothers are usually conservatives or really religious people. But my thing is, I grew up listening to this type of music," Cardi B explained to the hosts during the video call. While she admitted that there are people who consider such music strange, it is absolutely normal for her.

Cardi B has a two-year-old daughter named Kulture with husband Kiari Kendrell Cephus who is popularly known as Rapper Offset. She clarified that the music video is not made for kids and as a result, she doesn't want her own daughter to see the song. Although the song is for "adults".

The rapper was excited during the interview to announce that her music video, WAP has hit the number one position on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart as soon as it was public. With reference to topping the chart, the rapper made a point that this is exactly what the audience wants from a music video and songs.

She also taunted people who didn't find the song good enough as to why the song became such a huge success? It seems Cardi B is doing pretty good at defending her work. This is not the first time when the Love and Hip Hop: New York star had to defend WAP.

Earlier this month, people questioned the importance of Kylie Jenner in the music video. Later, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion also received negative feedback for using real tigers. Despite being criticized heavily for various aspects of the music video, Cardi B stayed strong and addressed every question.

For a couple of questions such as Jenner’s appearance, the rapper took Twitter to clear the air about her. Other questions were answered in various interviews. For instance, in an interview, she denied getting involved with Carole Baskin regarding the tiger controversy. Baskin claimed that WAP is glamorizing the tigers to be kept as a pet for wealthy people.
