Celebrities continue to come up with creative ways to not only help people during the pandemic but to also bring joy to them. That's what Shawn Mendez and Camilla Cabello did when they had a dance party!

Hollywood Life reports that the couple, in partnership with Ryan Seacrest's Ryan's Foundation, surprised some kids who were confined at the Children's National Hospital.

The couple spent time just talking with the kids and at one time even joined them in a virtual dance party. There are also moments when Shawn was teasing his girlfriend about how fun it is to quarantined together. Aside from the dance party, they also did a Q&A and even sang to the kids. Aside from the hospital video call, the two have also participated in the iHeart Living Room Concert for America. Shawn also made a donation to the SickKids Foundation.

Shawn has been staying with Cabello's family in Miami ever since there was an announcement that everyone should stay home in order to slow the spread of the virus.

The couple has mostly been staying inside to comply with the mandate, but they were also seen taking a hike in the area. Shawn also took his time to bond with other members of Camilla's family. Daily Mail reports that he even helped Camilla's dad assemble a basketball hoop at their home. Shirtless and wearing no shoes, the crooner seems to feel right at home at the Cabella abode.

The couple had been dating since July of last year. There were some who cast doubts on their relationship, especially as it came about when they collaborated on a song. Non-fans were pointing out that the news of them dating was to drive attention to their new song. But almost a year later and the couple is still going strong.

It helps that they are not spending time apart during the coronavirus pandemic. Many Hollywood couples have also taken this time to just bond not just with each other, but their significant other's family as well.

A few weeks ago, engaged couple Jennifer Lopex and Alex Rodriguez spent their time playing baseball with Lopez's daughter. Exes Bruce Willis and Demi Moore have even quarantined together with their kids, and with matching pajamas to boot.

It has not been easy for many people to be quarantined in their homes, but many are trying to come up with creative ways to bond and be happy with their families.
