With the nearing November elections, various non-profit organizations in America gather people of different backgrounds to speak up for their point of view towards the current administration and the running candidates. As per Billboard, the music industry's powerful soloists, Barbra Streisand and Donna Summer, add up the roster of celebrities standing out for fair and just upcoming elections.

On August 10 (Monday), an American political action committee called MeidasTouch, joint forces with the LGBTQ community's Vote Proud for a progressive Democratic campaign advertisement. The powerful video is entitled "Enough Is Enough," derived from Streisand and Summer's 1979 disco hit song.

The empowered video advertisement centers on rounding up the LGBTQ members to vote by showing off the low figures of voters in the community in 2016. The clip also headlines the Trump administration's poverty-stricken statistics concerning America's various LGBTQ issues today.

MeidasTouch hails the brotherhood of Ben, Bret, and Jordan Meiselas as founders. On the other hand, Vote Proud is a voting dynamism for the LGBTQ community. The founders are Lisa Halliday, Bruce Roberts, and Jake Resnicow. The organization is also co-run by Elton John, Sharon Stone, David Furnish, Sean Hayes, Billy Porter, Lisa Rinna, Andy Cohen, Laverne Cox, etc.

As aforementioned, "Enough Is Enough" is a significant disco hit track of Streisand and Summer, hailing the country's number one upon its release. The enlivening song cheers Bruce Roberts as the lyricist. In a Variety report, Roberts commented on the newly released LGBTQ voting campaign saying Vote Proud is honored to partner with MeidasTouch in reaching out to uncalled LGBTQ members. "We aligned with MeidasTouch because we loved their hard-hitting persuasive videos, and we felt it was important to take a stand and amplify our call to action for our community," he explained. He then said that it is vital to let the large part of the community know and stand in the forthcoming elections.

According to Roberts, he wrote the chart-topping song many years ago and has become a global anthem for making a difference and proving a full-equality in America. He also expressed his joy and thankfulness to MeidasTouch in choosing his song to spread the competent and ethical message. Above all, Roberts is overjoyed to be a part of the compelling campaign.

Furthermore, the report finds that over fifty percent of the said community did not participate in the previous Presidential elections.
