Prince Charles has, reportedly, been supporting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle financially and emotionally since they quit The Firm in January.

But according to TV presenter Judy Finnigan, the Duke of Sussex should relieve his dad the burden of funding his extravagant lifestyle.

Since he decided to quit the royal family and his royal duties to have a chance of a better life, Finnigan said that Prince Harry should completely disassociate himself from the royal family.

“He’s nothing to do with us anymore, he’s made his choice. He should get on with making a living in California, relieving his poor papa of the burden of supporting him,” she told Woman's Own

Finnigan also said that her patience towards “privileged” Prince Harry is already wearing thin.

“Is Prince Harry going to spend the rest of his privileged life lecturing us from across the pond about his latest cause du jour?” she said.

The TV presenter also wants the Duke of Sussex to stop lecturing royal fans about things that he himself cannot do.

“Nobody minds shelling out for the royals (OK, a lot do mind) because we feel we get value for money. But, at 35, Harry is not earning his keep. I don’t care, that’s his business, but I really do object to him assuming he has the right to give us princely lectures from the USA. No longer,” she said.

Finnigan used to be a huge fan of Prince Harry. As such, when Markle’s husband suddenly announced their Megxit earlier this year, the TV presenter said that she felt like a cross mom.

But over time, Finnigan became increasingly irritated with the Duke of Sussex.

“Forgive my irritation. I really liked Harry, as does the rest of the population of the country he deserted. I don’t mind if he decides he wants to spend his life in Tinseltown rubbing shoulders with movie stars, but I really do wish he would understand that by denying his birthright, he’s lost another right – to expect us to pay attention to his chiding words, just because he was once a member of the royal family,” the source said.

This week, it was revealed that Prince Harry and Markle took another step in their marriage. The couple bought their first hope as a couple and as individuals. They are now residing in Santa Barbara with their 1-year-old son, Archie.
