Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are at the center of another controversy because of the book, Finding Freedom.

According to sources, Queen Elizabeth banned Markle from the royal family. And even though she didn’t ban Prince Harry, it is unlikely for the Duke of Sussex to return to his family without his wife and son.

This week, In Touch Weekly, denied the claims that the queen was the one that banned the Sussexes from returning to the royal family.

According to the tabloid, Prince Harry and Markle were scheduled to visit the queen in the UK this month. But with the upcoming release of Finding Freedom, it might be too awkward for everyone to reunite this soon.

An unnamed source told the tabloid that Prince Harry and Markle were quite rude in sending their regrets to Her Majesty. Instead of calling her on the phone, the couple allegedly sent the queen a terse email saying that they have decided to cancel their flight.

“It’s an insult. They’re dissing the queen. Harry may not have much more time to spend with is grandparents given their age. There comes a point when you just have to bury the hatchet and move on,” a source said.

Prince Harry and Markle not flying to the UK also means that the former won’t be able to reunite with his brother. It has been a common tradition for the royal siblings to hang out for a few weeks in Balmoral. Unfortunately, there will be a sad break in tradition because no one knows when the brothers will meet again.

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. It is unlikely for Prince Harry and Markle to have planned a trip to the UK with their son this month.

After all, there are still travel restrictions in place in the United States and the United Kingdom.

It is also untrue that the Sussexes’ reunion with the queen will be an awkward one. After all, rumors about an alleged rift are untrue.

On Markle’s 39th birthday, the royal family uploaded a photo of the Suits alum with Her Majesty. The snap was taken in Cheshire during their first solo engagement.
