Jennifer Aniston is every green beauty of Hollywood undoubtedly as she looks fit even at the age of 51. The timeless beauty had shared plenty of times in the past about her weight loss regime but there is one technique that she follows that is intermittent fasting.

Given that, intermittent fasting is also the biggest thing right now in the fitness world. The FRIENDS fame revealed earlier in an interview with Radio Times that its nothing but her fitness routine that keeps her fit regardless of her age.

The Murder Mystery actress disclosed that intermittent fasting is something that makes a huge difference because there is no intake of a solid meal for about 16 hours. She made it clear that there is no meal in-take in the morning.

Aniston made it clear with great relief that in these 16 hours of fasting, the hours you sleep are also counted. She further added that all we need to do is push our breakfast time till 10 AM. However, Just Go With It star also emphasized on keeping a track of nutrition that ensure the meal she consumes is rich, filled with protein and carbs, and balanced.

In conversation with Women's Health, the 51-year-old actress mentioned her love for coconut oil, avocados, fish oil, and salmon as they provide with good fat which is great for fitness. The Screen Actors Guild Award winner shared how she kick starts her day with juice made of celery and black coffee post-exercise routine.

In another interview, the actress mentioned her cheat meal that involve pasta as loves it along with the little amount of damage it can cause your diet. Aniston expressed her fondness for Pasta as she said it is her "new favorite go-to-town food".

The actress had learned how to cook Pasta and said that "it's not that bad for you!" with a smile. She further shared the ingredients that involve her "Pasta Recipe" that is parmesan cheese, an egg, and some pasta water. However, the substitute for turkey bacon the actress opt for is the "real bacon".

Aniston's trainer, Leyon Azubuike earlier revealed that she maintains those abs with the help of planks. She starts her workout routine with standard ones but later shifts to side planking before treading to planks that involves shoulder taps. Besides that, the actress loves to go one step ahead from regular squats and does V-ups along with the ab wheel.
