Paul Burrell, Princess Diana's former butler, believes that if she were alive today, she would have attended King Charles III's coronation and outshone everyone present. Speaking with GBNews on Thursday, Burrell said, "I think she would have attended. I think she would have looked stunning. She would have outshone everyone — much to the anger of some — but she would have done it with grace."

Burrell emphasized that he "wouldn't have thought that she would pass up such an event," adding that Diana was "such a vociferous member of the royal family, so proud of her sons being part of the royal family, and proud of the monarchy." He also suggested that by now, Diana "would have moved on" and hopefully found love with someone else.

Princess Diana tragically died in a car accident in August 1997 at the age of 36. If she were alive, she would have been 61 years old at the upcoming coronation on Saturday.

As King Charles' coronation approaches, discussions about Princess Diana have increased. ABC journalist Deborah Roberts recently noted that "Charles is a man who a lot of people associate with breaking Princess Diana's heart."

She also mentioned that people have mixed feelings about Camilla Parker Bowles, who will be referred to as Queen, not Queen Consort. "There's that feeling that another woman is taking Diana's place next to the king on the throne," Roberts said.

Diana and Charles married in 1981, but their relationship was marred by infidelity from both parties, including Camilla, whom Charles married in 2005. The couple, who share sons Prince William, 40, and Prince Harry, 39, separated in 1992 and finalized their divorce in 1996.

The coronation will be attended by Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, along with their three children: George, 9, Charlotte, 8, and Louis, 5. Prince Harry will also be in attendance, but his wife, Meghan Markle, will stay in California to celebrate their son Archie's fourth birthday.
