Gisele Bündchen, 42, is focusing on the positive aspects of life after her marriage to Tom Brady came to an end. In a recent Instagram post, the supermodel shared her perspective on learning from life's challenges: "Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow."

Bündchen emphasized the importance of maintaining an optimistic outlook, stating that "nothing is permanent." She encouraged her 21 million followers to "enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones," adding that "every day is a gift!"

The Brazilian beauty is adjusting to single life after her 13-year marriage to Brady, 45, dissolved in October 2022. The former couple, who share two children, 10-year-old Vivian and 13-year-old Benjamin, had reportedly been living separately for months before filing for divorce.

Tensions reportedly arose between Bündchen and the football legend due to his reluctance to retire from his career. However, in a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Bündchen denied that the divorce was triggered by Brady's return to football, calling the allegations "very hurtful" and "the craziest thing [she's] ever heard."

The former Victoria's Secret angel maintained that she has "always cheered" for her ex-husband, explaining that the reasons behind their breakup were "not so black and white." She expressed her ongoing support for Brady, saying, "If there's one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want him to achieve and to conquer."

After their divorce was finalized in February, Brady retired from football for the second and final time. In the meantime, Bündchen has been romantically linked to her children's martial arts instructor, Joaquim Valente.

As for Brady, a source informed Page Six in March that the former athlete has returned to the dating scene. Brady also shares a 15-year-old son, Jack, with his previous partner, Bridget Moynahan, 51.
