Olivia Wilde is taking legal action against her ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis, alleging that the actor has failed to provide any financial support for their two children, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6.

Although Wilde acknowledges that Sudeikis has contributed to half of the children's school tuition, she is demanding the Ted Lasso star pay $500,000 in back child support.

The couple was engaged from 2013 to 2020 but never married. Wilde eventually ended the relationship for a romance with Harry Styles, 29. According to court documents filed in Los Angeles, the Don't Worry Darling director asserts that she has shouldered the majority of their children's expenses since the legal proceedings began.

The 39-year-old actress argues that Sudeikis, 47, should contribute more financially, as he is in a "significantly superior" position and can provide for their children in a way that aligns with his lifestyle.

Wilde is also requesting that the Horrible Bosses actor cover her attorney and accountant fees. The court filings included a list of assets, revealing that the actress herself has a net worth of over $10 million.

As reported by the National Enquirer, Olivia Wilde has previously accused Jason Sudeikis and his legal team of being "underhanded" and "acting in bad faith" by attempting to wear her down through their ongoing custody and support dispute. Her lawyers stated in court documents that while Sudeikis can afford to prolong the legal battle, Wilde cannot.
