Britney Spears went on a three-day hiatus on Instagram before returning to the platform with a suggestive video that she posted on Dec. 9.

Now, In Touch Weekly is claiming that fans and friends of Spears who saw her video dancing in a tight red outfit couldn’t help but be worried about her.

“Everybody was so happy for Britney when she was freed from her conservatorship, but her behavior has become more erratic ever since. The people around her feel helpless because she’s so unstable,” the source said.

The source added that those close to Spears are worried that she could be suffering from a mental health disorder. After all, the “Toxic” singer previously admitted that she dealt with it in the past.

“By her own admission, Britney has struggled with mental illness. People are worried she’s gone off her meds. They fear she’s not getting the help she so clearly needs,” the source said.

In the past, Spears admitted that her mental health issues are something that she will deal with for the rest of her life.

“It's crazy, social media. Everybody's life seems so perfect and when I post things I think most of the time I've been utterly and completely embarrassed by my past ... and who can forget those documentaries???” she said.

However, this doesn’t mean that Spears’ recent social media post is indicative of what she is going through in her life right now. A lot of things have been said about Spears, but none of them are 100 percent accurate unless they came from the singer herself.

For instance, there are rumors that she plans on writing a tell-all following the release of her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s book. According to Globe, Spears knows that Federline’s tell-all will shed light on their failed marriage.

So, Spears allegedly wants to retaliate by releasing her own book. However, there’s no proof that this is the case. And there’s also no indication that Spears wants to retaliate.

While it is true that she and Federline are not on good terms, Spears continues to provide financial support to her sons, who are under the care of her ex-husband.

However, it’s only a matter of time before Spears stops supporting her kids financially because they are turning adults soon.
