King Charles allegedly plans to extend another olive branch to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Life & Style, in its Nov. 7 issue, claimed that King Charles wants to invite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex over for Christmas. And he figured that the only way to make the couple come is to extend an olive branch to them as early as now.

Since this will be the royal family’s first Christmas without the queen, they already know that their celebration wouldn’t be the same. So, King Charles wants everyone to be there so that they could all have a fun time and exchange stories about the former monarch.

“Charles knows there’s going to be an air of emptiness this Christmas without the queen there. Charles is yearning to bring the family together during what was his late mother’s favorite time of year, so he’s extending an olive branch to the Sussexes by inviting them to spend Christmas at Sandringham,” the source said.

The source also claimed that King Charles genuinely wishes that the royal family can heal the rift between Prince Harry and Markle. After all, it has gone on a little longer than expected.

King Charles is also allegedly keeping his fingers crossed that Prince Harry and Markle would be there together with Archie and Lilibet. After all, he wants nothing more than to spend time with his grandkids.

“He plans to deck out Sandringham in the most exquisite décor and Christmas trees. The menu will be the same to honor the queen – turkey, stuffing, roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, Yule log cake, and Christmas pudding. The way the family dines will be different. Instead of the kids eating separately, everyone will eat together,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that King Charles is already making plans for Christmas especially since it’s still two months away.

But it is possible for the current monarch to invite Prince Harry and Markle to join him and the royal family in Sandringham. However, it’s unclear if the couple would accept his invitation.

After all, King Charles already extended several olive branches to Prince Harry and Markle and they have not accepted any of them.
