Ben Affleck’s brother, Casey Affleck skipped his wedding to Jennifer Lopez in Georgia last month. Now, there are claims that Casey wanted to be there but his new sister-in-law banned him from doing so.

According to National Enquirer, Lopez and Casey are not on good terms. After all, the Hustlers star wanted nothing to do with her brother-in-law because she was aware that Casey was accused of sexual harassment in 2010.

Even though Casey tried to explain his side of the story to Lopez, the latter still refused to listen to him. Lopez’s best recourse was simply to avoid Casey so that she won’t be associated with him.

But Lopez’s decision to freeze Casey out is not sitting well with Affleck.

“She was fuming about Casey not being there and barely spoke to Jennifer throughout the affair. She can’t believe Ben would let his new wife steamroll him like this,” the source said.

The insider added that Affleck and Casey have always been close. But Lopez has seemingly started to cause strain on the brothers’ relationship.

However, the other wedding guests in Georgia know too well not to complain about Lopez’s ways because the latter has been dubbed as the boss from hell.

“J.Lo is cracking the whip on everyone. She’s barking orders from dawn till dusk and now Ben’s following suit. They complain about the temperature of the limo and throw tantrums over food, routinely making the private chef cook dishes two or three times if it’s not quite right,” the source said.

Lopez also has an obsession when it comes to furnishings and she wants them fixed in a certain way. Otherwise, she would lash out at anyone who turned her furnishings into a mess.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Lopez banned Casey from her wedding.

Affleck’s brother did not attend the nuptials in Georgia due to some family engagements that he had to tend to.

It’s not also true that Lopez has been dubbed as the boss from hell. The moniker was only given to the singer by the tabloids. But no one has complained about Lopez’s alleged outrageous ways directly.

It’s obvious that the tabloid just wanted to target Lopez as part of their smear campaign.
