It remains unclear when “Emily In Paris” will be back for Season 3. But, the filming appears to continue in the last few months, with the cast members’ recent sighting in the City of Love.

People, in its latest report, published a photo of Lily Collins and Lucas Bravo in their characters as Emily and Gabriel, respectively. It seemingly shows that the two stars are on the set of the Netflix series.

The magazine later recalled that the material’s official Instagram account posted a photo of a script for the third season earlier in June. The feed captioned the post, writing, “Back at a table together… Production on Season 3 is starting now.”

“Emily In Paris” Season 3 will likely pick up where it last left off. Season 2, which dropped on Netflix in December, ended in a cliffhanger, with Emily making a decision to either stay at Savoir and fly back to the United States or join Sylvie’s new company and stay in Paris.

The finale also saw Gabriel and Camille getting back together after Emily confessed her feelings to the former. This is despite the titular character still on good terms with Alfie, who had just returned to London.

There is very little information on how the new season will run its course. But, reports seemingly assume that Emily would stay in Paris, adding that fans will get an idea once the trailer drops.

As for the cast of “Emily In Paris” Season 3, the members who are expected to return, aside from Lily Collins and Lucas Bravo, are said to include Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu as Sylvie, Samuel Arnold as Julien, Bruno Gouery as Luc, Camille Razat as Camille, Kate Walsh as Madeline, and Lucien Laviscount as Alfie.

With Laviscount reportedly becoming a series regular for the third season, many are said to have speculated that Alfie and Emily’s relationship will develop further in the course of the new plot.

Speaking to HollywoodLife, Lucas Bravo, who plays the role of Gabriel, Emily’s love interest since the show’s pilot, admitted to being in favor of Alfie winning Emily’s heart. As per his statement, the two characters being together “makes sense” for him.

Bravo explained that “Emily in Paris” is a “love letter” to the City of Love, adding that “it is a perfect Paris postcard.” He noted that “having an antagonist point of view through the medium of Alfie is refreshing” as “not everything is rainbows and butterflies.”

Meanwhile, “Emily In Paris” will not only be back for Season 3 but also for a fourth season. A month after Season 2 dropped on Netflix, the show received a two-year renewal on the platform.
