Prince Harry faces new speculations over his future. A panelist even recently asserted that he appears not to know what he wants to do.

Express UK reported that the assertions came from Diane Spencer. This comes after claims that the royal-born Prince’s upcoming memoir may not drop later this year as planned surfaced across media platforms.

During a recent engagement, the personality, who was a panelist in “GB News,” stated that the Duke of Sussex does not likely know what he wants at all. She explained that “he is producing no content whatsoever,” citing the lack of releases for Spotify and Netflix, as well as his tell-all book.

The publication later quoted Spencer, saying, “His only content is chatting to Oprah,” as she refers to the former working royals’ bombshell interview in 2021. She continues, “that’s when he does his tell-alls, which are as you said, tell-some,” before asserting, “and they’re not that good.”

Reports of a possible delay to the release of Prince Harry’s memoir seemingly surfaced over the weekend. It came after royal insiders learned that the material was not on the publisher’s list of upcoming books, according to The Sun.

The outlet quoted a source, asserting, “If this book is coming out this year as originally planned, it should be in the publisher’s marketing and promotional list - unless they’re planning a surprise or there has been a delay.”

The same insider added, “Its omission has raised lots of eyebrows in royal circles.”

The Duke of Sussex and his camp have yet to make any comment regarding the matter. Accordingly, it remains unclear whether the book’s release will, indeed, be delayed.

Nevertheless, a spokeswoman for Transworld, part of the publication, Penguin Random House, spoke to the outlet about the reports. As stated, they do not put every book on the list, so no conclusions must be taken from it.

News of Prince Harry’s memoir first made headlines last year. Page Six learned that he had been secretly writing the material for nearly a year, adding that he had sold it to Penguin Random House.

Sources also told the publication that the Duke of Sussex had been working on his book with Pulitzer winner, J.R. Moehringer.

Reports had long suspected that the tell-all memoir would drop sometime later this year. But, no official announcement has since surfaced about its release.

Following the book making headlines, though, the royal-born Prince released a statement, seemingly confirming the news. He said he is writing the material “not as the prince [he] was born but as the man [he has] become” today.

Prince Harry also stated that he is “deeply grateful” for having the chance to share what he has learned in his life over the years. He added that he is “excited for people to read a firsthand account” of his life, noting that it will be “accurate and wholly truthful.”
