Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker shared some updates about their lives following the artist’s hospitalization.

The Blink-182 drummer told fans and followers on Instagram Saturday that he was feeling “much better” after his admittance to the hospital earlier this week.

In one of the “stories” he posted on the platform, Barker recalled what happened, leading up to his “life-threatening pancreatitis.” He revealed that he “went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great,” but things changed after dinner.

The 46-year-old artist shared that he “developed excruciating pain and [has] been hospitalized ever since.”

Travis Barker continued that he had a “very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area” during his endoscopy.” The process, “unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube,” resulting in a “severe life-threatening pancreatitis.”

The famed drummer later concluded that he is “very grateful” he is much better “with intensive treatment.”

Kourtney Kardashian, who officially married Barker twice this year, took some of her thoughts, as well, to Instagram. She began her Saturday’s “stories” with a word of appreciation to fans and followers.

The reality star stated that she and her husband were “so touched and appreciative” for all the support they have received. She also deemed the entire week as “scary” and “emotional,” adding that “health is everything and sometimes [people] take for granted how quickly it can change.”

In a follow-up post on the same platform, Kardashian shared that she is “so grateful to God for healing [her] husband.” She also acknowledged their fans for their prayers, as well as the involved specialists, doctors, and nurses at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center “for taking such wonderful care” of her and Travis Barker.

Kourtney Kardashian later noted, “it is crazy how sometimes words could never truly express the gratitude or feelings” she has.

TMZ was the first to report Travis Barker’s hospitalization earlier this week.

Multiple sources told the publication that the artist was suffering from pancreatitis, and doctors reportedly believe it was due to a colonoscopy.

The outlet noted that while insiders did not reveal when Kourtney Kardashian’s husband had the colonoscopy, it learned that “it was recent.”

The celebrity couple maintained their silence about the matter in the days that followed until Saturday. But, Barker’s daughter and former wife sent their well-wishes of healing and recovery, seemingly confirming the hospitalization reports.

Meanwhile, reports learned that the Poosh founder has been with her husband throughout his stay in the hospital, with sources claiming she would not leave his side, according to People.
